Molly A. Robb
Principal Owner
Molly A. Robb is the Principal Owner for MR Search LLC and is based out of the Boston. For the past 25+ years, Molly has worked with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms in helping to place Board, CEO and C-suite and investment professionals into life sciences organizations that compete in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics/Precision Medicine and TechBio. Molly serves clients ranging from seed, early-stage, emerging growth and public companies and private equity and venture capital funds that specialize in making investments into life sciences companies that focus on innovation. In the last year, Molly completed four CEO searches, a Chairman of the Board and three CMO/Heads of Development search projects for both public and venture-backed companies. Prior to starting her own search firm, Molly was a Managing Director with LifeSci Partners search practice, BioQuest, (The Diversified Search Group) and was a Senior Associate with Hedrick and Struggles (Nasdaq: HSI) and Korn Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) placing Board, CEO and C-Suite executives. Molly is active in the healthcare ecosystem and has been an avid financial supporter to the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) a venture philanthropy organization founded by Leonard A. and Ronald S. Lauder and family. Molly is a frequent speaker and presenter on career management for the Wharton Healthcare Management Alumni Association (WHCMAA) and has presented on panels for: DeviceTalks, MedTech Collaborative, WIB, Boston Biotech Forum and conducted a webinar for the Biotech CEO Sisterhood. In addition to working with the Biotech CEO Sisterhood, Molly has championed Women’s Health companies by volunteering as a Business Mentor for C-Sweetener (HTH Foundation), a mentoring organization with a charter to prepare Women leaders for the healthcare C-suite. More recently, Molly has served as a Strategic Advisor to Invincible Vision, a patient-led, nonprofit organization focused on serving the Bietti's Crystalline Dystrophy (BCD) community, an ultra rare eye disease with a small global patient population. Molly obtained her B.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications.

Cindy Pallman-David
Managing Director
Cindy Pallman-David is a Managing Director who splits her time between New York and Boston. Cindy brings over 30 years’ experience in Executive Search, Professional Recruiting, Research, General Management and Consulting having worked for BioQuest (Diversified Search) and Horton International. She has held various leadership positions in retained Executive Search, Corporate Talent Acquisition and Talent Management and led the efforts to develop a new business line, having P&L ownership for an executive career management company. Cindy has expertise recruiting across the Healthcare and Life Sciences continuum, including successful assignments with venture-backed, early-stage, and high-growth private and public companies in the Biotechnology, Healthcare Services, Payor and Provider, Medical Device/Wearables, Diagnostic, Digital Health, and AI/ML and TechBio markets. Her broad functional experience includes positions at the Board, CEO and C-Suite for roles including: Board Members, CEO, CSO, CFO, CMO, CTO and Chief Quality and Regulatory Officers. With her deep experience and collaborative approach to recruitment and a significant background in talent management and assessment, Cindy has successfully engaged high caliber talent for clients such as: Zentalis, Respira Therapeutics, Atomwise, Aspen Neuro, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, STRM,Bio and Intuitive Surgical. Cindy holds a B.A., in Political Science from Providence College. She is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society) and is a former Chapter President and former National Board member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment.
